Delivery and Pickup
We can deliver your camper van directly to Olbia – Costa Smeralda Airport, so you can start your road trip in Sardinia without wasting any time. Alternatively, you can pick up your rental van at our operational base just a few kilometers from Olbia, in Località Graminatoggiu (Loiri Porto San Paolo).

Delivery to the Airport
Upon request, we can pick you up with the camper van directly at the airport or port and take you to our operational base for the delivery and contract signing.
Conditions
Reservation Deposit: 50% of the total.
Balance on arrival: cash, instant bank transfer, or POS.
Deposit: €2,000 by card or bank transfer.
Mileage and Insurance
Excess mileage: €0.20 per additional km.
Unlimited km: €10 per day.
Basic insurance included in the rate: Roadside assistance for 200 km, third-party liability insurance (RCA).
Damage to the vehicle caused by collisions, off-road incidents, and any other damage caused by fault is not covered by the basic insurance.
Damage caused inside the vehicle, as well as damage from vandalism, theft, or fire, is not covered by the basic insurance.
You can opt for a comprehensive insurance (Kasko) through the website rentalcover.com, which covers damages up to a value of €2,500.

Driver age: 24 years. Driver's license: B
General Rules
Travel abroad: Not authorized.
Pets on board: On request.
Smoking vehicle: Not authorized.
The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic condition, with the kitchen area, fridge, and utensils cleaned, and must be cleaned externally.
The van is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
Rates do not include extra services upon reservation.
